Mission

Our mission at Ivy Hill Prep After School is to provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where students can continue their learning journey beyond the school day. We are dedicated to offering academic support, fostering social development, and promoting personal growth. Through a combination of educational enrichment programs, and character-building initiatives, we aim to empower students to become confident, well-rounded individuals. Our goal is to inspire a love for learning, cultivate positive relationships, and prepare students for future success.

Steelpan: Exploring melodious sounds through steelpan music.

Drumming with 92NY : Learning and practicing percussion skills.

Art and Craft: Unleashing creativity through artistic expression.

Chess: Developing strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Financial Literacy: Educating scholars on the importance of money management and making informed decisions 

Book Club: Small group book discussions to reinforce reading skills and discourse skills. Facilitators use questions to connect books to real world experiences

Dance with 92NY: Enjoying the rhythm and movement of dance.

Girls Scouts (Troop 2449): To promote leadership and personal development among our students.
